The Color Yellow

In a world gone grey

I kept hope

You were the color

outlining the clouds

Allowing a moment

A window to open

Into infinity

I saw when I looked.

You burst into life

like the color yellow

after the winter

after the storms pass.

You were color

in my world.

But blood spills red

over this grey world.

my deep blue heart

is heavy as I wait

for something

that will never

arrive.

Colors fading

Bright becomes dull

Day become night.

Take a long Look

while there's still Light.

Dissapointing

not falling down

All I knew was love

and I'm scared now

I am aware that

love is missing

I am a child

broken with insignificance
